Q. Is it possible to have my ceremony on the grounds?

A. Yes! With its eloquent polished oak floor and vast open areas, our great room offers an excellent location for ceremonies inside or on rainy days. If the weather allows, many couples choose to be married on our beautiful waterfront. On-site ceremonies at the Bournedale Wedding Facility may take place 30 - 45 minutes prior to the reception starting time.

Q. What is your seating capacity?

A. The seating capacity is 200 guests. This includes additional space for cocktails, hors d' oeuvres, entertainment or ceremonies.

Q. How long is a wedding event allowed to run?

A. Weekend events at The Bournedale Wedding Facility are booked in six-hour intervals. Also inquire about our all weekend packages which include lodging, meals and reception.

Q. Do you have a bride’s room?

A. Yes, we have a special area where you can prepare for your ceremony in private.

Q. I will need tables for the disk jockey. Do you provide them?

A. ONE 6 ft. table will be provided for the DJ. Additional tables can be requested.

Q. What is your Confirmations and Payments Policy?

A. To confirm any date, a deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable. A final payment is due seven days before your event time and that is required to be a money order, cashier’s check or treasurer’s check.

Q. What price guarantee do you offer?

A. We guarantee packages and pricing upon contracting. However if we incur price increases from our distributors or under any circumstances beyond our control, we would notify you of any potential increases to the packages at least 90 days in advance.

Q. What about alcohol?

A. Bournedale Wedding Facility will operate a cash or open bar.
